Shipping Information
|
Orders require a delay of up to 4 days
for processing (delays may occur due to product availability).
We ship to the U.S.A and Canada hassle free. Our standard
method of shipping to Canada is by Canada Post Expedited (traceable
and insured), which is delivered Monday - Friday. This service
takes 2-5 days under normal circumstances. For this method,
we charge According to Canada Post rates plus handling fee,
which covers the cost of delivery, the shipping carton and
labor to get it on its way. If you need your order FAST, we
offer Canada Post "XpressPost" 1-4 day delivery
at a somewhat higher cost. Again, this covers as many items
that you order at the same time. Orders to the U.S.A are sent
via Air Mail and Xpresspost USA. Please provide an address
where your order may be delivered reliably during business
hours, such as your office or home. Orders will not be rerouted
once they have been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply
for orders that have to be re-shipped due to an incorrect
address. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact
you. International customers are responsible for any applicable
customs charges - please check with your local customs office.
For your protection, all orders that are submitted to us through
our website are subjected to a thorough verification procedure
before shipping. Often, this process includes contacting you
via telephone or e-mail to confirm your order and delivery
information. Please be sure to include a phone number and
e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary.
Unconfirmed Orders
Often, we have to contact a customer
in order to confirm acceptance of shipping charges, resolve
a problem with verification of credit card information, or
clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised
that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone
& e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed
state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 5 business
days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled,
so please be sure to provide us with contact information that
will enable us to reach you expediently should the need arise.

Return Policy
|
Web'n Wear.com wants
you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a
15 day return policy, subject to the following conditions:
1- Product MUST NOT be worn or washed.
2- You are responsible for any shipping fees that may apply
to send us the items.Contact us immediately upon deciding that
you do not wish to keep the product. We will provide you with
an "authorization number". Include this number with
the product and send via "traceable" mail/courier.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Most exchanges and
credits are processed within 5 days of receipt.
Please Note: We reserve the right to verify returned
products before issuing a credit or a replacement.

Lost or Damaged Goods
|
All products are
quality control tested to the highest standards by the manufacturer
and us. In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you
damaged, please follow the "exchange" procedures under
the "return policy" above. We will promptly replace
the goods. In the event that a product is lost en route, we
will reship your order immediately. You
are responsible for any shipping fees that may occur for returning
us the products. We will pay the fees to ship the returns
back to you. |

International Orders outside the U.S and
Canada
|
We welcome international
orders. Shipping outside of North America is via Airmail.
We only accept Paypal for International Orders Payments, except
for U.S.A.customers and international customers who have already
used their credit cards to pay and have already received their
packets. If you decide to pay via Credit Card, and we cannot
verify your address with your card issuer, then you must pay
with Paypal and your Paypal status must be verified. We also
accept International Money Orders in USD Currency.
If your Country is not listed in the
billing page, we do not ship to your country due to security
and fraud reasons.

We accept payments via Mastercard,
Visa, Paypal, Money Order and certified check. Once credit
card authorization is received, we will ship your order within
72 hours if items are not Back Order and on a "best efforts"
basis. This is provided that all your shipping information
is accurate and complete and that the items ordered are available.
We verify every order for fraud. If your Billing information
does NOT verify with your credit card issuer, then we cannot
ship the order. We do our absolute best to stop fraud. Fraudulent
orders will be reported to the appropriate autority. If your
credit card cannot be verified, then you must either make
a payment via Paypal or money order.Paypal accounts that are
not "Verified" will not be accepted and the merchendise
will not be shipped. Paypal Money will be refunded. We do
our best to protect our customers.
Money Orders (Please read
before ordering with Money Order Option)
You can pay with a money order
or certified check. Canadian Customers can pay with personal
or company checks. International Money orders must be in U.S
Currency. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your
Money Order or Check and that the check has cleared.

Taxes
|
The prices do not
include applicable taxes: No taxes or duties collected on
U.S and international orders. 7.5% PST applies to orders
for Quebec residents only. 7% GST applies to orders for all
Canadian provinces and territories excluding New Brunswick,
Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia. 15% HST applies to orders for
New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia. |

our mailing list to any outside organization. We take all the
necessary security measures to protect your credit card information.
We do not keep your credit card information in our database.
All collected data is for internal use only, so that we may
